Request for Qualifications
Architecture/Engineering Services/Contract Admin
Qualified professional Architectural/Engineering Firms are hereby invited to submit qualifications to the Crookston Housing & EDA (CHEDA) for architectural and engineering services. The CHEDA intends to enter into negotiations with a qualified Architectural firm to furnish services required to develop plans, technical specifications, and provide contract administration services for the rehabilitation of the existing roof and smoke detector replacement projects. This project involves one apartment building with four stories, 66 units, and 2 elevators.
Final Submissions are due to the CHEDA administrative office by 12:00 pm, Tuesday, December 13, 2021
