The Part-Time Maintenance Technician Position serves both Oak Court Apartments and Valley Technical Park. 

 

This position has the overall responsibility to maintain both facilities in a clean, safe, attractive condition, and to maintain mechanical systems in support of, and under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Technician.

General maintenance will include cleaning, basic repairs of facilities and assigned equipment. This person must have patience and understanding of the elderly/disabled residents, must be well organized, flexible, and efficient. 

​

QUALIFICATIONS​

• Must have valid driver’s license

• State of Minnesota special engineer boiler license (This can be obtained within one year of hiring)

• High School Degree

• 2-4 years’ experience preferred

Desirable Qualifications

• 2nd Class license (Can be obtained after one year of special engineer license).
